Preferred suppliers of skills recognition
The recognition of prior learning preferred supplier framework has been developed to encourage the delivery of streamlined, user-friendly skills recognition services to individual customers, by registered training organisations.
The processes used by registered training organisations to undertake fast track recognition of prior learning need to meet industry and enterprise requirements by:
- providing ease of access for customers,
- active support of the process by training staff; and,
- customer service cycles that promote acceleration toward a qualification.
